A bit info for the trigger happy players here, and what can they expect from the shooting aspect of scum. So lets talk a bit about the rifle skill.
Skill which indicates that character is familiar with usage of rifles of any type. This skill is not only used for firing, it is also used for fixing and maintaining the rifles. Even players without this skill can still use rifles and eventually by practice learn the skill. However, skilled rifleman will fire more accurately, will be able to reload faster and fix jammed weapon
